UAS Pilot / Geospatial Specialist
Innovate! Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its geospatial solutions team as a Subject Matter Expert as a Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) Pilot. Our team is looking for someone with knowledge and expertise in a specific subject, business area, or technical area in overseeing the ground and flight operations of small, unmanned aircraft systems. As part of ground operations, you will perform safety checks and troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues. You will have the responsibility of making the right decisions at the right time during each flight, which includes considering the airspace, weather, route, fuel or technical requirements and hazards of the sUAS, and objective. Your role will also include supporting other personnel in utilizing sUAS software as well as interfacing with clients and teaming partners.
*You must complete a training or degree program and have your Remote Pilot Certificate (UAS Part 107 license).
